the grindstone
…is under construction!
I will be revising all material to bring it up to a professional standard, as I search for a permanent home for the course. In the meantime, all students taking lessons with me will have access to the current course (which is already quite substantial).
The aim for the complete course is to take a motivated student through the beginner level right up to intermediate or even beyond.
Current goals are:
Roughly 200 pages of various length, some brief overviews, but some deep dives as well.
A modular system that builds logically on prerequisites. If you find a page confusing, the course will link back to the concepts you need to brush up on.
Tracked progress for each topic. Keep track of what you’ve covered, and mark off material you no longer need to revisit.
Quizzes and worksheets to check your understanding on various topics and get fresh ideas on ways to practice the concepts on your own.
Potentially - the course may include video explanations on some or all topics. This will likely be implemented after the initial release.
If you would like, please have a look at some of the sample pages below to get a feel for what the course will offer.
And if you can’t wait, sign up for your free online lesson and get access to the whole thing right now!
